I started out with Dawn of War vanilla though, and as the game continued to expand with each expansion and patch, I began to like the game less and less. I remember that by the time Dark Crusade popped onto the shelves, it had gotten to the point where your army choice was so ridiculously limited that it wasn't worth playing anymore. I remember last time I played Space Marines, for instance... Every vehicle was limited in the amount that you could build, as were any units that weren't the Space Marine or Assault Marine squads, weapon customization on vehicles had been eliminated.. so your choices were pretty much.. build all the strong things, and then fill the rest of your cap with marine squads. ..and after that I just disconnected with the series entirely.
