R.I.P. Corey Haim

Former child star (one with a license to drive…see what I did there?) and one of the “Coreys” (with running mate Corey Feldman) Corey Haim passed away early this morning, victim to an apparent drug overdose.  For more than a decade Haim struggled with substance abuse problems after several failed attempts to capture the lofty fame he had achieved during the 1980’s.  In honour of the Man himself, I have decided to post several trailers from some of Haim’s better films.  I will also refrain from giving him the so-called clever title of “The lost boy” or any other variation of this that I’m sure every publication is jumping all over in a vain attempt to lamely turn a phrase.

    So sad. He was a big part of my childhood, and it was way too soon. RIP, Corey.
