Someone's CG Beholder
> Bag of Holding, which you get after the Spellhold fiasco, holds 200 items! Don’t put stackables in since each arrow/bullet/bolt/etc counts per 1.
> If you go to the Docks District and head to the house between the inn and Mayvar’s Thieves Hideout, there’s a lich tomb where you can get a quest to find the body parts. Once you collect them all and turn it in, a hard-to-beat lich spawns. Kill him and you get a kick ass ring.
> If you played Baldur’s Gate 1, bring those crazy pantaloons and read my blog before this one to get crazy gear.
> Aerie and Viconia in the same party for prolonged period of time is not a good idea.
> Cheat codes suck. Once you’ve started you get impatient and can’t stop. Or maybe that’s just me (Ctrl+J)!
> Yoshimo is a sad story, but an easy trade in when it comes to Spellhold and getting Imoen back.
> Beholders are best handled with block energy spells so stock up on those, I’m still having problems with them though so i’ll be updating this when I can.
> My tactics usually involve max number of fodder (which is 3 summoned creatures), to hold the aggro while I dispose of the attacker. Helps for some of the harder fights if you don’t have the proper spells ready.
> Mage/Fighter is a pretty awesome character to play as. I usually roll strict Mage and it gets painful with the number of spell casters in my group and lack of melee classes.
> Piercing and other break through magic spells are very useful against drow. You’ll want to make sure their protections against magic and magical weapons isn’t up so you can do some damage. Area of affect works nicely when they cast spells instead of melee.
> As many know, if you import you character and you killed Drizzt in BG1, he won’t be happy in BG2.
> Anddd that’s all I can think of for the moment. To be continued!
